Can I pick up my order?

You sure can.
you can pick up your order from our direct to factory outlet which is located at
Factory 4, 32 – 34 Little Boundary Road, Laverton North VICTORIA.

Our outlet is open 9.30 – 3 Monday to Friday

How can I make a return?

Before making a return please read our Returns Policy here.

Once you have checked the Returns Policy please email us at info@feelgoodaustralia.com.au and let us know of any issue with your product.

We will advise you on whether to return it to us and/or we will organise for a replacement product to be sent to you.

Please note we do not accept change of mind returns.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via Paypal and your payment is processed securely. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Paypal account because you can just use your credit card – when you are taken to the Paypal screen look down the bottom and you will see an option to pay with your credit card.

How do I place an order?

As you browse our site and find great products you love just click ADD TO CART To select something. If there are options such as FRAGRANCE then choose your preferred option before you add to your cart. Once you’ve completed shopping click on CHECKOUT which you’ll find along the top or right hand side of the site dependent on where you are. Complete the self explanatory form, make your payment and your order will be on its way!

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship orders via Australia Post and you should receive a tracking number from them once your order has been lodged. Eastern State delivery times are usually between 2-5 days and Western and Northern States can take between 7-10 days. If you’re worried about your delivery just contact us and we’ll chase itĀ up for you.
